01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 388com ("388com", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://388com.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform — including placing bets, using live casino features, claiming bonuses or browsing content — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where clearly indicated.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — a stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sport or any other market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or enhanced-odds offer granted to a User subject to specific published conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures carried out to confirm a User's identity, age and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" — the 388com website, mobile-optimised site and any associated applications operated by 388com.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or illegal under applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion facilities available within the Account dashboard.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible markets before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 388com, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of 388com, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 388com for breach of these Terms.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling via any operator-administered or third-party responsible-gambling scheme that covers the 388com Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 388com will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

388com reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, when suspicious activity is detected, or at any point deemed necessary for compliance with applicable regulatory obligations. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of any payment method used.

05 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment method names familiar to users in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform as contextual examples only. 388com does not represent that any specific payment provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling services. Users must verify available deposit methods within their Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 388com reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may be adjusted at 388com's discretion with reasonable prior notice.

Funds deposited into your Account balance are held exclusively for the purpose of placing bets and participating in Platform activities. Deposited funds do not accrue interest. 388com is not a financial institution and your Account balance does not constitute a bank deposit.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. 388com will not process a withdrawal to any payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required. 388com is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or network conditions.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the cashier section. 388com reserves the right to charge a reasonable processing fee for withdrawals that fall below stated minimums or that are requested at a frequency deemed excessive, with such fees disclosed prior to confirmation of the transaction.

Any balance derived from Bonus funds that has not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement is not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw ineligible bonus-derived funds will result in the removal of the bonus and any associated winnings from your Account balance.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. New-user welcome offers are available to first-time registrants only and may not be claimed multiple times under different Accounts.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Bonus balances and derived winnings that remain at the expiry of the offer period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering Requirements must be met using eligible markets at the minimum odds specified. Bets placed on excluded markets — which may include certain casino games, virtual sports or heavily discounted live odds — will not count towards the Wagering Requirement.
• 388com reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if evidence of abuse, bonus manipulation, arbitrage betting or collusion is detected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable Wagering Requirement process.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific market rules published for each sport and event type. In all cases the following general rules apply:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the User. Bets not confirmed by a reference number are not valid.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Where odds change between selection and confirmation, the Platform will display the revised odds and request User acceptance before the bet is placed.
• Errors: 388com reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error — including technical errors, manifest pricing mistakes and odds that deviate materially from the prevailing market at the time of placement.
• Void Bets: Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the User's Account balance. No winnings are paid on a void bet.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply per sport and market type, as published in the Platform's betting rules documentation. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a market will be capped at the published limit.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension window are not guaranteed acceptance. 388com is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a User from placing or amending an in-play bet.
• Results: Official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA) are used to settle markets. For events where no official result is available, 388com may use reputable independent data sources and its own editorial judgement to settle markets, with decisions being final.

09 Responsible Gambling

388com is committed to providing a gambling environment that supports responsible play. The Platform makes the following tools available to all registered users directly within the Account dashboard, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when lowered and after a mandatory cooling-off period when raised.
• Loss Limits — caps on the net amount a User may lose in a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders — configurable notifications alerting the User to the duration of their current gambling session.
• Cool-Off Period — a temporary suspension of betting activity ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which the Account remains accessible for withdrawal only.
• Self-Exclusion — a minimum six-month exclusion from all gambling activity on the Platform. Self-excluded users will not receive marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Territory.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Exploiting manifest pricing errors or system glitches to obtain an unfair advantage, whether or not you are aware of the error at the time of betting.
• Conducting, facilitating or participating in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Sharing, selling or otherwise transferring your Account credentials or Account balance to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform through VPN, proxy or anonymising services for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or that damages the reputation of 388com.

11 Suspension & Closure

388com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the timeframe specified by 388com.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• A request by the Account holder to self-exclude.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring 388com to restrict the Account.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining after the deduction of forfeited funds will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and AML checks.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with these Terms and any winnings credited to the Account before the closure is finalised.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 388com name and logo, website design, graphics, text, data, software, odds compilations and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 388com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 388com.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388com, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.

388com's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

388com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 388com shall not be liable for any loss arising from system downtime, data loss, connectivity failures or events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388com holds its operating licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent amendments or successor legislation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall first be submitted to 388com's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available through the operator's licensing authority, where applicable.

15 Amendments

388com reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
